African American Art Collectors play a significant role in many artists throughout the Diaspora. I have had the pleasure of many distinguished African American Art Collectors. I think that there are many African American Art Collectors who do not appreciate or value the work of many artists, particularly abstract artists. Before, one begins to collect; one must learn the history of art.
